Hire Information

It is the hirers responsibility to make sure of the following:

  1. There is adequate access of 1 metre wide and enough space for the inflatable to be set up, check with us if unsure.
  2. Gardens must be clear of any objects and animal mess
  3. Set up time is roughly 20 minutes so please allow for this when booking.


FAQ’s

Q – How do I book?

When you have decided which inflatable you would like, contact A star via one of our booking methods – Phone, email, Facebook.

Q – Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured, downloadable documentation can be found on our website.

Q – What time to you deliver and collect?

Day Hire – Delivery between 7.30am – 10.30am and Collection between 5.30pm – 8pm

Venue Hire – Provide us with the times you have the venue from and till and we will work around you, please bear in mind the 20 minutes set up time.

Overnight Hire – Delivery between 7.30am-10.30am and Collection will be made the following morning 7.30am-12noon.

Weekend hire (2 days) – Delivery between 7.30am-10.30am and Collection will be 5.30pm-8pm the following day.

Q – How do we pay?

Once you have booked and had confirmation, payment is either cash on delivery or bank transfer at least 48 hours before the booking date so cleared funds for the day.

Q – Can we cancel?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, however we do require cancellation confirmation at least 24 hours before else it will be fully chargeable.

Q – Can we hire inflatables overnight?

Yes, there is an extra charge for this

Q – Can we hire inflatables for indoor and outdoor use?

Yes, all inflatables can be used indoor or outdoor with a few exceptions, please speak to the team to confirm as some items such as the larger slides will not fit indoors due to the height.

Q – What if it rains?

All inflatables have a built-in rain cover for light showers. However, they must be turned off during heavy showers or strong winds.
